Delete your account, without signing in first.
Signing in needs your PIN and an authenticator code — the exact thing people asking to be deleted often no longer have. So this form only needs an email address you can still read.
Three steps, seven days.
You send this form
We email that address straight away to confirm we have the request. If the address is not yours, you will never see that email — which is the point.
Seven days to change your mind
Reply to the confirmation email and we cancel it. Nothing is deleted during this window, so a request sent in frustration is recoverable.
We delete, and tell you
Within seven days a person deletes the account and everything listed below, then emails the same address to confirm it is done. There is no restore after that.
Still able to sign in? You can also do this from Settings → Profile in the app or the web dashboard. It reaches the same queue.
All of it, permanently.
Your account: email, name, PIN hash, two-factor secret and backup codes.
Every project you own, with its ports, paths, tech stack, notes, todos and comments.
Every credential you stored against a project, and the key that encrypted them.
Every machine record and agent API key, which stops those agents connecting.
Every terminal session record and every recording, including ones inside their retention window.
Your push subscriptions, notification history and settings.
Shares you created. People you shared with lose access; their own accounts are untouched.
Three things we cannot or should not touch.
Everything on your own machines
Your code, your repositories, your tmux sessions and your AI transcripts were never ours. They are on your hardware and stay exactly where they are. Uninstall the agent yourself with `dialout uninstall-service` — deleting the account stops it connecting, it does not remove it.
Comments you left on someone else’s shared project
They are part of that owner’s project record, not yours. Ask us in the reason box if you want them removed too and we will do it in the same pass.
Backups, for up to thirty days
Backups roll off on their own schedule. They are not queryable and are never restored to serve a request for a deleted account. After thirty days no copy exists anywhere.
Not sure deletion is what you want?
Signing out everywhere, revoking a machine key, or turning off terminal recording all solve narrower problems and none of them are permanent. Ask us first — we would rather fix the actual thing.
